Refund policy

For Filaments: Within 30 days from delivery date, no questions asked if vacuum seal has not been opened and returned in original box. We will solve your problem if you have opened a roll and are facing an issue.*

For 3D Printers: Within 30 days from delivery date,we will take a return no questions asked if not opened. For opened and operated printers we will support with parts/provide a return label and provide a replacement printer.If you still want to return within 30 days with the original unopened box and foam packaging ( Reasons: buyers remorse,change of mind,better price elsewhere, impulse buy) we will charge a 20% restocking fee.**

For Accessories with a consummable like an adhesive sticker or nozzle: Within 30 days from delivery date,we accept returns no questions asked if product has not been opened. No returns if item has been installed. We will support, upto a reasonable extent, with additional parts and spares if you have installed the accessory and are facing a problem.**

For Accessories without an adhesive Sticker: Within 30 days from delivery date, no questions asked returns if package is unused and unopened.**

Special Deals during Black Friday Return Policy: For Black Friday sales event with orders placed using the special Black Friday promo code only, Return date is January 31st of the following year.All above clauses still apply for original box and packaging.No exceptions. **
